Maintenance Influence for Continuity of Production Process

In this life, we often meet existence of treatment to many things. Treatment for our own body, objects around us, and/or for area of around us. If then we look at continuity of life a company and or industry, hence in it there is treatment /maintenance activity giving major effect to system produce of as a whole.
In system produce of there is planning is about production process scheduling (as capacities, number of, time) which will be done. However, the scheduling frequently was planned with assumption that any machine and or equipments of other supporter can work without experiencing damage at the time of production process underway. However, practically, machines and or equipments of other supporter might possibly experience damage or does not function carefully when production process underway. From this thing is we can see that treatment required to take care of production process can take place as according to production planning which has been done.
This maintenance factor must be reckoned in plans a production process activity. Hereinafter, treatment work for machine and component / equipments of other supporter can be done in is planned and or not planned. Form of treatment is not planned that is treatment of emergency, what defined as action that need to soon is conducted for prevents effect, which is serious, for example like loss of production, big damage at equipments, or reason of working safety.

Corrective maintenance covers minor repair, especially for short-term plan that is possibly arises between inspections, also overhaul is planned. Overhaul for example annual overhaul or two annual.
This Activity / treatment work not quit of management of the treatment and treatment planning in production system. Management of maintenance defined as organization of treatment of matching with wisdom agreed. Wisdom agreed must clearly possible and may not doubt of. This thing explains is management team responsibility of top to determine it. This wisdom also must define condition of acceptable treatment, and treatment manager must be informed about this wisdom. While, treatment planning defined as determination before all work, way, material, equipment, machine, worker, when and time required.
